Hello,

From my understanding it is a youth/starter pan, but that's exactly what I need at the moment, and it's affordable.

I would like to inquire though, if I wanted to get some extra reverb effect, or deeper sounds, could I put it on top of some sort of appropriately sized tub or container? or does it not work like that?

What if I took it off the stand, and just placed it flat on a desk?
