Anyone else tired of hunting through IPTV sports channels?
I watch a lot of football, and the most annoying part of IPTV for me has always been finding the right channel before kickoff.
Big playlists can have hundreds or thousands of channels, and if you are setting things up for family or less technical friends, even basic matchday viewing can turn into a lot of scrolling and guessing.
I started building StreamFC player as a small sports-first guide for that problem.
You bring your own playlist. StreamFC adds a matchday guide and stream checker for trying likely sports channels, with support across Apple and Android devices.
The guide is free, playlist credentials are stored locally, and there is no account requirement. It cannot guarantee every match or channel will be listed, and the built-in player currently has a 10-minute free preview limit.
It is still early, so I am mostly looking for feedback from sports IPTV users: what is the hardest part of finding matches, and what would make this simpler for you or your family?
