Should I go to the doctors about this, been using hot compress 2 times a day. Went to the opticians and they just recommended compress.

hello! its been about a week and ive just constantly had this small bump and discharge coming out of my eye. it doesnt hurt, it isnt messing up my vision, doesnt really itch at all, but its annoying to look at LOL. i was wondering if i should tru applying warm compress on it. i tried washing it with warm water every night and morning usually
