How do I fill a SPEED LOADER 1500

This was my daughter’s 30 years ago. Now my granddaughter would like to use it. However, I can’t find a port for installing water or a manual on this old device. Can anyone tell me how to fill it with water?

Has anyone fixed a super soaker 1500?

I have two super soaker 1500 and they both leak from the pump handle. It's not a bad leak but still it's not ideal. Also airs getting in somewhere as the water tends to splatter when it fires but they both hold good pressure. Does anyone have any tips on fixing them please?
