I’ve noticed many people are curious about swimrun… but very few actually take the step to try it.

As someone helping organise a small swimrun event, I’m genuinely interested:

What’s the biggest mental barrier stopping people from giving it a go?

Title pretty much sums it up.

57 y.o. male, triathlete trying something new...

I'm not looking to podium, swimming around 1:55/100y without buoy or paddles; all day running pace of around 10:00/mile.
