If I go with 1 Tech license, can we control what agents can do and manage from, like an Admin level account:
Or I have to buy 2 licenses, 1 for Agent, 1 for Admin?
We’re trying to eliminate the back-and-forth in tickets around “when are you available?” by letting customers book time directly with our technicians.
I’m familiar with TimeZest, which seems to handle this well, but it doesn’t integrate with Syncro.
Does anyone know of a similar solution that works in a Syncro environment?
Ideally, we’re looking for something that:
Microsoft Bookings gets close, but it feels more individual-focused than queue-based.
Curious what others are using for this.
