Can we PLEASE ban the gay & OnlyFans posts?

The beauty of r/team3dalpha is that you can talk about anything ranging from health, nutrition, training, genetics, ethnicity, race, male self-improvement and women. This is the only place on reddit where you can talk about race without being labelled racist.

Unfortunately this place has become a haven for guys trying to promote their OnlyFans who are posting pictures of themselves to get more subscriptions. Some of these guys have OF accounts, some of them post inappropriate things on their profile, and some of them are just gay and want male attention and validation.

Here are some examples of the posts from this past month I'm talking about:

My proposal is that anyone with an OF, or anyone who posts inappropriate content on their profile, or gay guys who are seeking attention & validation from other guys should be banned from this sub. This isn't a degenerate sub. There are subs where you can post stuff like that but this shouldn't be one of them.

Anyways who's with me? Let's make r/team3dalpha great again!

I have a question for you guys

I've been working out for almost 11 months, and one problem I've encountered is my workouts. I realized something was wrong with my split and workouts, and I fixed them at the beginning of 2026. One problem I can't seem to solve, however, is my diet. I live with three people, and my mom does what she can to buy food (we're not poor, but we certainly can't afford to have to empty the fridge every day just because I want a great body). I try to do my best with my diet, and I eat a protein bar when I see protein levels are significantly low that day. However (believe me), I try to eat as much as possible (especially protein), but I'm sure I'm not getting close to the amount I should be consuming daily. I work out 4 times a week consistently (I can brag about my discipline), but I wonder how much not following the diet I need will slow down/cause me to lose progress. Other friends of mine work out and say I'm actually the biggest in the group, but honestly, I still look the same in the mirror.

Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.
