WoL via TeamViewer over public address not working

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to set up my home desktop for Wake on LAN for a while now as it is pretty handy for my work.

I followed the instructions of both this page and the included manual pdf file but my PC still won't wake from the button on the Android TeamViewer app.

For context: I have a Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller, my router is from PŸUR and I have a free DDNS setup from NO-IP that is supposed to work with the PŸUR network.

If anyone has any advice I'd be eternally grateful <3

TeamViewer shows hosts offline

Been having this issue for months where I have to uninstall and reinstall teamviewer on a couple machines over and over because despite the machine being turned on and logged in, it'll show offline. Any way to fix this issue as fixing it gets tiresome.
