Sunrisers Squad 2026 | Sunrisers Leeds (Men) Full Squad 2026, Team Captain & List of Players

Let's design the best playing XI for Sunrisers Leeds' first ever The Hundred fixture, all set to be played on 21st July at the Kia Oval.

Mitchell Marsh 🇦🇺

Ryan Rickelton (wk) 🇿🇦

Zak Crawley (C) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Harry Brook 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Dan Lawrence 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Benny Howell 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Liam Patterson-White 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Brydon Carse 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Nathan Ellis 🇦🇺

Abrar Ahmed 🇵🇰

Reece Topley 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Batting depth is all the way down till number 8, 5 different pace bowling options with the specialists being: Topley, Ellis and Carse, and Howell and Marsh supporting as all-rounders. The spin attack will be led by Abrar Ahmed and will be flanked by Liam Patterson-White.

Best of luck to the boys in orange!

Totally bemused

How can a catch where you've left the field, remotely, possibly an out?

If you've left the pitch to catch it, it's out of play surely.

What's the process for squad changes ahead of 2027 season?

With the competition ending today, and over already for teams who didn't make the final, thoughts will turn to next year's competition.

I haven't been able to find clear information about how the teams will build their squads for 2027. This year ahead of the auction there was a huge reset with lots of teams only holding on to 3 players. There won't be that much turnover ahead of next year, but where can we find information about how the process for retaining players, letting players go, and bringing new players in for 2027 will work? I know there are some players currently on multi-year contracts but haven't been able to find a single central hub for that information.

What happens if a team wants to retain someone but to increase their salary? How many players could a team let go in a single year if they choose to? Will there be another, smaller auction again next year, and could players choose to opt out of re-signing with current team if the team wants them but they want to test their market value?

Any info welcome, and then feel free to speculate about how your team could best go about rebuilding for next season, given the rules...

Sunrisers Leeds fans are bunch of delusional fanbase like Sunrisers Hyderabad, Eastern Cape Sunrisers. Kavya Maran is an entitled person. Nobody LIKES her.

Do you agree with me?

The Hundred: Run In

With one game left to play each, there's a couple of important games left to play. Ignoring the shit tip bowl happening now at Lords

Trent play Brave. Very little on the line. Brave are out and Trent should win comfortably

Manchester play Leeds. Leeds win and are in, leaving an open door for Mumbai. Manchester win and Mumbai need a big NRR win

Mumbai play Phoenix. Should be an easy 4 points and big NRR gain for Mumbai. This game is last, so Mumbai will know exactly what they have to do

The other game is meaningless. Wales are so far behind on NRR that they need to score 300 and bowl spirit out in 10 balls

Free Speech Prevails

So weeks ago, I made a post commenting about how I was banned from the Southern Brave Instagram for protesting the change to the awful red and blue. I love the Brave, no matter what, yet they banned me for my loyalty to the #GreenArmy

Well after many weeks of emails between myself and support, I’ve finally been unbanned. The email they sent was the usual hide behind cooperate tone, but the jist of it is that they said my protesting was disruptive. They said how the green is part of the history and they embrace it, but then go on to say how they’re making money of the new stuff. Translation?

“You spoke out too much, we got scared, but we’re making more money now, so fine you can come back”

It’s pathetic. It really is. It goes to show though, that if you speak out, and you really fight for it, they cannot silence you.
