currently half way through season 2 and I’m just not enjoying it anymore I adore the first season but season 2 feels cheaper with the art and the writing falls flat does anyone feel the same way

I searched everywhere on Internet to find an answer, impossible to find for my question. (and maybe I'm not in the right r/, but I totally don't know where to ask)

My problem is that, on some VHS (only a few), in SECAM (because here, in France, the analog colour television system is SECAM and not PAL, like in Spain for exemple), the image struggles, keeping passing from SECAM to PAL indefinitely. When I skip to PAL (which puts image to black/white), it passes fine strangely.

Even when using other VCRs (and even for forcing PAL or SECAM), it keeps doing the same thing, I'm completely lost.

I use a CGV DHD-P video converter and an UGREEN video capture for the PC and I have no other choice.

So, I'm searching if we can force SECAM or PAL, as we could force 50/60hz, 720/1080p and HDMI/SCART if you know please ?
