I met the band after the Vancouver show and I was able to get some autographs!
I’m more of reading than writing on reddit, but I couldn’t miss this opportunity to share about this unforgettable moment last night.
I was looking for some threads commenting if the band autographs some merch or chat after the shows, but I couldn’t find too much info, so I decided to stick around for a while and find out myself.
After some waiting, my wife, a girl that we met at the concert and I, were really lucky to meet the guys after the show, and I got to say that they are the most pure, beautiful and lovely people I’ve ever talked to.
Its crazy how welcoming they were even after an amazing show, and considering that they were probably exhausted because they had to travel alot from Wyoming to Vancouver, apart from being stuck in a snowstorm for hours.
We first chatted with Sam R, which was alone at the moment. He was sooo nice and we were able to say how good the show was. Then we saw the rest.
They were so kind and lovely. I remember asking if they were okay with some autographs, and because of the excitement, I didn’t notice that there was still missing one signature from Josh which was talking on phone a few meters away. In that moment Christina asked me if she can take the poster to Josh so he could sign it. That totally blowed me away because of how thoughtful it was. She was so sweet to us.
Before leaving, I got the chance to take a picture with just Sam B as they were already hopping on into the bus. He was so open and interested in us. We took the photo, shaked hands and he asked for our names. He said it was such a pleasure to meet us.
It was such a nice experience and Im so grateful to met them. Not only their music is beautiful, but they as persons are also beautiful, sweet and kind. Its something that I will never forget and really adds value to listening to their songs, knowing that they are incredibly kind and humble. If somehow they end up reading this, I want to let you know that this memory will never fade away and I’m so grateful for those few minutes that you spent with us.
As my wife and I are a young couple and just starting to decor our place, this poster its something that we are framing and hanging in our wall. This exact poster will remind us of such an amazing night, and something we will treasure forever.
