Facebook marketplace

Listed my starlet a while back on marketplace. Met this guy on Facebook and said my bottom dollar was $7500 after being talked down. This is in Virginia and my car runs great no mechanical issues with 188,000km. Only issues is cosmetic. He said to meet up looked at it and instantly showed me a Facebook listing of a similar starlet in cleaner condition for $7500. He talked me down to $6300. We plan to do the transaction a week or so from now. I’ve got a gut feeling he made that listing so he could talk me down. The listing is no longer up and I feel like I may be making a mistake. These things aren’t common so it’s hard to price. Am I being paranoid?

Is this normal?

On my EP91 rear suspension setup there is space between the top of the coil spring and the top mount/ housing- this is obviously when wheel lifted off the ground. When on the ground then it looks normal. This is on both sides and the springs and struts seem in pretty normal condition.
