I brief, I submitted a quote for a job I didn't really want, won it, and now don't want to do it.

There's another I said id quote for but haven't yet.

What do I say to the client / not a client? Going to email.

Basically its work I don't usually do (and hate) and I'm really busy. New enquiry.
