Travel recommendations to travel in August

Hi everyone! I’m planning a mountain trip and would love some suggestions. Please recommend places based on these preferences:

  1. We want to experience adventure activities like trekking, rafting, paragliding, camping, etc.
  2. Prefer locations with low landslide risk or places that are safer during the monsoon season.
  3. We would love to see snow. Even if snow is not available at the main destination, we are open to travelling to nearby places where we can experience it.
  4. Less-crowded or offbeat destinations would be preferred.
  5. We want to complete the trip within a budget of around ₹10,000 per person.

Please suggest some good places or help us plan an itinerary. Thanks!

Planning for a small trip to Sikkim and Nepal, please suggest

We are 2 guys planing for 5-7 days trip to Sikkim/Nepal b/w July 1- July 10. Our budget is around 30-35k each.

We are not looking for a guided tour where we have to wake up early early morning to travel. We want to relax, rejuvinate, and forget about our office lives.

We dont have much idea about both places, so thought to ask our pals here about your suggestions, experiences, DOs & DONTs.

Is it a good season to visit these places ?

What cities and places shall we visit?

Is our budget enough?

We would like to have the flexbility to visit places at our own time rather than in a grouo where we need to wake up eaely every day?

If there are any subs dedicated for these discussions, please let us know.

Thanks.
