I legit think that the ruler has a theory/lore in gmod because I study the details about him and how he is (I’m still working on it. I’ll be dropping the whole theory and explaining that shit with all the screenshots and videotapes I captured with the ruler from gmod)

It came from this tiktok video by "Dailyhorror" with the caption (The Body I B*rried Finally Found Me) and it had this sound. This sound sounds familiar as it does sound like a bass boosted blowing sound or something else. But not bass boosted. It's sometimes used for analog horror
