How often does a sample turn into something completely different?
This beat started with a vocal sample. I kept pitching and chopping it until it became a completely new melody. Definitely not where I expected to end up when I first loaded the sample.
Does that often happen to you too? Do you ever start with one sample and end up creating something that sounds nothing like the original?
