When we booked months ago the reviews on our hotel were good. Now with 2 weeks until we depart the reviews are horrific! Cockroaches, meat not fully cooked and the cleanliness is non existent it seems.

We’re going with a toddler, I am not risking a sick child let alone myself and husband. On top of that we’ve saved and spent our hard earned money on this holiday, it’s not on. I want to change my hotel. If we go and witness what these reviews have said I will go to court. How do I get them to change it for us, we will happily pay and admin fee too

Hi all, I bought a ticket from Frankfurt to Izmir for today 10.8.2026 by SunExpress via TUI.

TUI sent me PNR code 6-digit which never worked on Sunexpress website or app.

After 3 calls with both SunExpress & TUI, TUI told me their invalid PNR will work at the airport. SunExpress was telling me I am not listed on the plane.

At the airport, Sunexpress told me TUI didn’t confirm this ticket and I cannot board. Eventually I waited until the end of checkin time and currently going back home which is in another city!

Airline told me this happens often with TUI.

Paid shitloads of money for a new flight for tomorrow!

Pay a bit more and buy from the airline!

Hey - I work in the travel industry so my LinkedIn feed is always full of travel stuff. Today a lot of posts have come up about Sundeals - a “new, low-cost, no-frills, package holiday business from Tui”.

Posts literally waxing lyrical about all the insight, hours and work across teams in Europe that went into this. I just went on the website, and I don’t get it?! Why would Tui put that much resource into launching a website that is basically exactly the same as the one they already have? It’s been bugging me all afternoon, because I’m cool. So if anyone can shed some light, tell me what I’m missing. That would be fab.

Hi all,
I booked a ticket yesterday via TUI from Frankfurt to Izmir yesterday. They sent me the confirmation email, invoice and their own booking PNR 6-digit stuff with letters and numbers.

Today, the airline Sunexpress cannot display anything under my name or under this PNR. Their service told me nothing seems to be booked on that flight under my name.

I can’t reach TUI by phone at all!

- is there any processing time until i receive the e-ticket number and airline-based PNR? I purchased the ticket less than 24h ago.

- is there any possibility that I was scammed and charged money without any official ticket booking?

First time buying a ticket via different website and already regret!
