Their account doesn't have any posts, and is only following 2 other people, but at the same time they have reblogged a bunch of other art and actually have a pfp and stuff (unlike other scammers)

In tumblr's "cutesy" way of saying that a post is unavailable, that is.
I run a submission-based blog and normally I'm able to submit to the blog myself, but today I got this error. I have not turned submissions off, and I've been receiving submissions as of a few hours ago, the queue is still running.
i love reading fan fiction and i’ve been seeing accounts reblogging this person’s works and when i tell you, they are right up my alley. but why can’t i see their account? literally like they’re unavailable for me EVERYWHERE
im aware of what happened to tumblr mid 2010s with everything changing the course of the site. i used it heavily from 2012-2014ish. i think i used it in 2015 too? when id search up specific tags, there would be LOADS of content to skim through. too much. now i feel like a lot of the tags are a little...dry? empty, mayhaps?
dont get me wrong im not saying its a derelict wasteland. i started using it again recently and im pleasantly surprised at the fact that people are still creating and posting content in my fav fandoms. but it feels very sparse compared to before. its like i can literally feel the lack of life and activity that was there when you would log on back in the day.
i have so much tumblr nostalgia as it was a big part of my teen years and genuinely shaped me as a person. me and my friends used it and it was just so different to other social media platforms at the time. is it that less people are using it? are people not tagging content the way they used to? did everyone really migrate to twitter/x? do i just need to spend more time on there?
Someone has used tumblr to make a sock puppet account specifically to host one post where they accuse me of actual crimes (that I have not committed). They used another one day old account on a different platform to contact people I know and show them this deranged thesis on why no one should associate with me.
I reported the post, but tumblr support has not responded.
This sock puppet account was created specifically to harass me and seems already abandoned. There is no activity on it other than that one post. No one is engaging with it. I see no reason tumblr should leave it up.
How do I contact a real person for support?
anyone else just feeling so disappointed that tumblr ended up becoming so terrible? like it was such a huge part of my life for years, i made so many friends, discovered fandoms, made real lifelong connections, but now it just sucks.
can’t even post a photo of myself in a bikini on my own blog because it gets flagged for nudity. scams are rampant are ruining the platform for regular users. the people who built the website (mainly trans women) get banned en masse for no reason, and don’t even get me started on the lack of support from staff.
the app hardly works, is constantly crashing, the list can go on.
it just sucks. anyone else wanna lament with me about the old days of tumblr when things weren’t so bad?
I had been personally harrassed and targeted by an anon person who keeps creating new accounts to send threatening messages. I don’t really know what else to do, it’s been over an year that I keep blocking, reporting and sending tickets to Tumblr about it.
There‘s a person who sends asks in anon mode and also with blank accounts to threaten me. They keep saying they will come over to my city to r4pe me, k!ll me and my cat.
Is there ANYTHING I can do ?
I wanted to check out a few tutorials from gifmakers tonight, but when I wanted to visit some people's blogs (on the "url.tumblr.com" domain) I was automatically redirected to what seems like a spam website? This "Alitools" was one of the few that I was constantly redirected to... I tried on both Brave (logged in) and Microsoft Edge (logged out) and kept running into the same issue.
I included a gif of what happens when I look up someone's blog... One of my friends had the same issue with the same links, the other friend had no issues whatsoever. Does anyone know what the hell is going on???
Edit: I can see a Tumblr blog's archive ("url.tumblr.com/archive") without issue, but when I click back to the blog I am immediately redirected again.

My blog was falsely marked as mature, I’ve submitted two tickets and it’s been five days with no answer. Super fucking annoying since mature blogs are basically dead with no reach. I don’t know what else I can do but I’m getting really annoyed. What’s the average turn around time for their shit support?
Im super new to Tumblr and made my first post (a drawing of mine) 20mins ago, got this comment and im very confused- is this spam? I checked and ppl can send me msgs, maybe theres something I did wrong but I dont know, looks fishy.
As you can see in the screenshots I attached, the user is claiming that they and their friends reported my account because they thought I scammed them.
Now, I've seen other posts on similar topics. But I'm mostly confused because that email address seems legit and I've not been asked to contact the staff through any discord or something.
So, can anyone help me? Is this legit? Should I contact the support staff? If yes, then through what—email or something else?

A person I was talking to randomly vanished from my dms? In my experience, even today, with people who deactivate their accounts the messages still remain. I don’t believe myself to have been blocked because I cannot find the blog even while on another account. When you change your user do you disappear from messages???? Or was it a suspension??? I’m really bummed, if anyone knows a solution or what could’ve possibly happened lmk
I literally just posted my first post here on Tumblr, and then I just got this person commenting on my post about my account and asks me to message them.
When I did, they said they mistakenly reported my account, and to add that Discord account to tell them it was a false report.
It was too suspicious, when I looked at the Discord account, I saw that it was made on April this year. I looked up who this man is, and saw a LinkedIn account of him. From what I can tell from his profile, I can guess he is some kind of staff engineer for some software, but the age of that Discord account is too young to be normal.
Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but, maybe I might be right to have suspicions?
