Rocky was surrendered because his owner didn't have time for him. Scared, he panics behind bars. But if you sit with him for just a minute, he shows you what he really wants: safety and a best friend.
Rocky loves to run around with friends and his ears have their own personality.
Today is the last day to come save Rocky.
The shelter is closed tomorrow and he will be euthanized for being scared.
