Welcome to another edition of Non-Canonical Marvel vs. Capcom Showdowns! Today we get the Jada Toys Street Fighter II Guile, and the Marvel Legends Captain America (from the Gamerverse two-pack with Venom).

This was one of the first set-ups I thought of, but I was keeping it in my back-pocket for the right day. I’m glad today was that day! I knew I wanted Cap imparting a lesson, but I don’t feel like Guile would just simply listen.

I knew I wanted to lean into Ken’s rich kid cockiness, and having him show up to his fight with Colossus in a Batmobile just kinda felt very “Ken” to me! Plus, it’s just ridiculous. 🤣

**Monday Night Bonus Shot**

I was lookin’ around the studio and got inspired to use my beautiful Hammond Collection Spinosaurus and Stegosaurus in a crazy “training” scene for Jada Toys Sagat. He’s so jacked, I figured fighting a dinosaur would be a fitting way for him to train!

The initial idea for this shot was to capture an epic moment of action between these two powerhouses, but as I was setting it up, the aura these two project was just too good to deny. I’ve always loved the Marvel vs. Capcom games and I wish we could get updated versions. Instead, I’ll just keep makin’ my own!

Yep, I’m back on my Street Fighter bullsh*t! 🤘

This time, since @jadatoys haven’t put my boy out yet, I pulled out my amazing @storm_collectibles Zangief figure for this shot. I really feel like he fits in so well with the Jada Toys M. Bison and Sagat.

Anyone have any of the other Storm Collectibles Street Fighter figs? Or any of the Storm Arena stuff? If you do, or you’ve got other 1/12 scale figures you think could fit well with these, let me know!

Picked up this AMAZING Mezco Toyz Kaiju Collective Godzilla (1954) figure and immediately fell in love with it. The metal armature under the seamless body really gives it that “man-in-suit” feel that a lot of figures are missing, and for me, that makes it a special one.

Oh, and it’s a helluva lotta fun to shoot!

Anybody else pic this big fella up? What do you think of the silicone body? Feelings seem mixed, but I really like it.

Plunderlings are such amazing figures! They work in pretty much any setting, and I love using them with 1/12 scale sets. Also, the different ‘lines’ within’ the #Plunderlings world are just so perfectly integrated and so diverse. I love these things!
