Axl Ortiz (SWERVO/55NHC/188/MGz) was shot &killed on the sidewalk in front of his home on East 187th Street just before 7 p.m. Monday. He just moved there from Queens. Appears he was ♿ and moved into a highly dense area notorious for g*ng activity. First responders were unable to save him. It's over
