I am normally busy from the time I turn the app on until I turn it off. Today, I’ve been online for over three hours and received zero trip request. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, I have turned my phone on and off. I contacted support, and they insist that it simply a lack of activity in the area. However, this makes zero sense, and I’m sure is not true. Have any of you experienced this in the past? Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do, since support seems to insist that it simply a lack of activity in the area.
