What annoying sounds can you Frisson at will with?
Recently discovered the word for something that bothered me all my life.
Frisson (pronounced free-sawn) is a brief, pleasurable emotional response to stimuli like music, movies, or art. Often referred to as "aesthetic chills" or a "skin orgasm," it physically manifests as goosebumps, a tingling sensation running up your spine, and a sudden rush of excitement
Now I can do it on command at any time, but it's not from music or anything good.
The sound of scratching on a lilo bed!
As soon as I think of it, the hair on my arms and neck rise and I have trouble getting out of that mind state. It's not nice.
My question is though does anyone else have a sound they hate that triggers goosebumps and can you trigger it just by thought?
Tldr: what annoying sound makes your hair stand on end just thinking about it?
