Welcome to the Union Arena Community!
Whether you’re coming over from the previous subreddit or you’re completely new to Union Arena, welcome!
As the community continues to grow, I wanted to put together a resource post to help newer players find places to learn, practice, build decks, and connect with others.
One of the things I’ve enjoyed most about Union Arena is how willing people are to help each other improve. Whether you’re trying to learn your first deck or preparing for competitive events, there are plenty of great resources available.
Getting Started
If you’re brand new to Union Arena, my biggest piece of advice is:
Play a deck from a series you genuinely enjoy.
It’s much easier to learn a game when you’re excited about the characters and cards you’re playing.
Don’t worry about having the perfect deck immediately. Focus on learning:
Energy management
Raid timing
Trigger interactions
Matchup knowledge
Your deck’s overall game plan
A lot of improvement simply comes from getting reps in and learning from your games.
Online Play & Practice Communities
If you’re looking for games, testing, deckbuilding advice, or community discussion, these are some of the best places to start.
TCG Dojo
Probably the community I recommend most for newer players.
TCG Dojo has:
Friendly players
Deckbuilding discussions
Casual games
Competitive testing
Active community support
It’s a great place to learn the game while still having access to strong players willing to help answer questions.

Draw3
Draw3 is another fantastic community and one that many competitive players use regularly.
From my experience, it tends to lean more toward competitive play and ranked testing.
If you’re looking to challenge yourself and improve against stronger competition, it’s definitely worth checking out.

Experience Rick / Rumble Rama
Another growing Union Arena community that offers additional opportunities to find games and connect with players.
While I haven’t personally spent much time playing there yet, it’s another great resource for players looking to expand their practice opportunities.

Official Bandai Union Arena Community
For official announcements, product news, updates, and general discussion, the official Bandai Union Arena community is also worth joining.

Advice for New Players
A few things I’ve learned since getting into Union Arena earlier this year:
Consistency wins games.
Don’t overhaul your deck after every loss.
Learn why you lost before changing cards.
Play plenty of games before judging a deck.
Ask questions whenever you’re unsure.
The fastest way to improve is by playing, learning, and staying involved with the community.
What I’d Love to See Here
Let’s make this a place where players can:
Share decklists
Ask questions
Post tournament reports
Show off pulls
Discuss new releases
Help newer players learn the game
The stronger and more welcoming the community becomes, the better the game becomes for everyone.
About Me
My name is Grimkami.
I started getting into Union Arena in early 2026 and immediately fell in love with the game. Since then I’ve spent a lot of time researching the game, attending locals, testing online, building decks, and learning from players throughout the community.
I’m currently in the process of moving and getting settled into a new place, but once everything is set up I plan on creating more Union Arena content, including:
Deck discussions
Tournament experiences
Match analysis
Pack openings
Product reviews
Beginner guides
Competitive strategy content
If you ever have questions or just want to talk Union Arena, feel free to reach out.
