I am unable to withdraw my assets from my Uphold account due to restrictions, please help me look into this case #7190743

I am unable to withdraw fiat currency or cryptocurrency from my account. There were no notifications regarding account restrictions prior to the deposit, nor are there any now. and I have been unable to contact you or get any response. My ticket number is #7226703; could you please explain the reason for this?

My account has been under review since July 28 with my entire balance of over £2,700 locked. One reply saying "escalated" on July 29, then complete silence despite 8+ follow-ups. Formal complaint already filed. Mods, can someone please look into case #7187143?

My account has been restricted for over 2 weeks now and I had already submitted the requested documents for review. I am unable to withdraw my assets.

I bought USDT and Bitcoin with my debit card last week Friday and tried to send out to a private wallet they restricted my account instantly and btw they didn’t let me purchase more crypto with my Apple Pay and restricted my account while I tried to withdraw to a private wallet. I contacted the support and they had me wait for 7 days after they gave me multiple tickets just for them to close my account!! and did some transactions I didn’t authorize. They literally converted my funds to USD and transferred it to UPHOLD ACCOUNT ADJUSTMENT i didn’t receive a dime in my account. I urge Y’ALL to help fix this issue ASAP

My Uphold account has been restricted and I’m currently unable to withdraw my funds.
I contacted Uphold Support and my case was escalated to the appropriate department. On August 9, I was told that I should receive an email update within 24 hours, but I still haven’t received a resolution.

Has anyone else had their Uphold account restricted and gone through a similar situation? How long did it take for Uphold to remove the restriction or give you access to your funds?
