I thrifted some cute juicy pants in pink, but the bottom has like light dirt staining from wear, how can I remove this without drying out the fabric?

Bought this a couple months ago thinking it was a little tote bag (I know there is a small version bc I have seen 2 separate listings from the same seller b4) I'm just now putting it to good use 😻

i bought a set on depop and i have other sets that i know are legit but this tag is really throwing me off :/ it’s not sewn down fully, only the top, idk if this is considered either but i noticed these tags usually have 14 stitches across the bottom and this one has 16, any clues?? tysm :( <3
