Tip: Bania Sauna session
I won’t be participating this year, but I want to recommend that you try the Bania sauna! It’s magical and was one of the highlights of my trip last year. So watch out for it:)

First time in a Tipi this year.
Already heard they are a bit small. Still a few questions:
Big enough to organize yourself a bit?
Is it one or two beds?
Anything you would recommend to bring which makes life easier in the tipi?
Thanks already!
Hello! Wondering if anyone is leaving the festival early? I’d but your wristband if it meant I could go for a few days !
Has anyone had experience hiring a car from Lisbon airport with Klass Wagen. It’s seems too good of a deal to be true
Hey, ive been hearing sooooo many different opinions regarding the monday at waking life. Some of them are telling me to leave as theres not much more to do, some of them told me it was the best moment
Thoughts ?
Good afternoon beautiful beings!
My friend group was not able to find tickets for the festival, so I decided to come to Waking Life solo for my first time ever. Are there any solo camping spots being organized at the festival? I'm looking for other travelers that would like to join me or even a group that is open to adopt me. I'm 31, male, open-hearted in nature and taking life slow. Some of my interests/things I do well: psychedelic research, engineering situations to bring people together, cooking Greek food and the art of massage. And of course, dancing my ass off to a nice beat 😃
Feel free to write me if you bring the good vibes and would like to meet up/camp together, or if you have any suggestions/tips for people visiting solo for their first time!
Cheers
Which stage will be the most likely that I can find more dub/dub techno/roots in reggae.
Thinking like Rhythm & Sound, Mad Professor type sound.
And does anyone know if anyone confirmed that plays along these lines?
Thanks 🙂↔️
Hey there! We are flying into Porto for Waking Life (driving from there), and was just hoping to connect with someone living in Porto to ask a few questions.
Thanks!
Hey everyone,
Does anyone know where the Madrid shuttle bus goes from?
Thanks!
Hi all!
Although two weeks away and to be taken with some uncertainty, sunday and monday show expected daytime temperatures up to 39 degrees Celsius. Can you recommend best practices at WL for coping with the heat? Coming from Finland, so these temperatures are not exactly a climate i am used to.
Looking forward to a sweaty gathering, see you on the other side.
Also for Lisbon, wondering which network I should get an ESIM for. I’ve heard coverage on site is patchy or nonexistent so looking for the best one
sweet beings! i decided to come last minute and am flying in from canada. bringing in camping gear is not feasible. reaching out to the community to see if i can rent or borrow a tent and sleeping gear 17th to the 22nd. the decalthlon gear in lisbon is sadly all spoken for. alternatively, a spot in a tipi would also be god-sent. lmk if you have anything available! 🦋🙏🏻
With klingeling and the bonus discounted klingeling you get when you buy in advance: if I don’t spend all of the klingeling and I go for a refund, will I be refunded for the full amount I put in or the full amount + the free klingeling they gave me?
Eg if I put 500 euro in I get 565 klingeling. Then maybe after the festival I have 165 klingeling left, do they refund me for 100 klingeling or 165 klingeling?
Is the refund process smooth or difficult?
Im planning a last minute trip to the festival as a solo traveler coming from New Zealand. If anyone has any advice for a novice and for doing the festival solo, I would gladly hear it!
Thank you
Hi WL community
Looking for approximate spend from previous festival-goers just to get an idea for budget clarity :) hope you can help
I can’t take credit (it was my fella)….
Also worth noting that the ‘bonus’:
Having no luck on the thread, but dm me asap!
Hi everyone! Its my first time at Waking Life, very excited! I would like to bring a hammock instead of a tent so I can minimize the stuff I need to bring (flying BER->LIS on RyanAir). I saw a few posts in the past that are not very detailed, but I'm curious if there are good numbers of trees in the campground, or if space might be limited. I'm arriving on one of the first shuttles, if that makes a difference.
Thanks!!
Heyo, anyone knows / experienced before that the police stops taxi's to do a drugs check on the road to the festival?
