Account suspended and no ability to speak to a human

Hello please can someone advise
My account has been suspended for ‘fraud’ through AI automation which is incorrect. I have no instances of fraud, not a single dispute, or chargeback on the account
I can’t seem to speak to a human. I’ve had no formal email either. I have funds frozen in the account as never even made an withxdWal

I am confused.

I had no experience with video editing and posting things on social media. But now after some research and learning basic editing, I came across a problem that I dont know hoe to fix.

So posting videos on new socials gets you almost nothing. Because if you make an account and start uploading videos the platform considers you a spammer or a bot and does not promote your videos. Now some one said that you have to warm up your account first for some days or a week i.e like and interact with other's content.

I guess thats fine and dobale.

BUT

When you start posting your videos, you are training the alogrithm to categorize you and your audience according to your niche. So slowly you start picking pace when that alogrithm becomes efficient e.g I join an AI campaign and now my account has AI videos.

And then I start a new campaign thats about clothing and the alogrithm gets confused again and my views start dropping. This cycle is repeated again and again every time you start a new campaign. If you want to make new socials for every campaign, the same problem of warming the new account or getting shadow banned comes to mind.

So my question is, How do you guys deal with that? Or I am justing overthinking this?

Just ordered whoop

Hey everyone,
I’ve just ordered my device and wanted to check whether I can still use a referral code after receiving and setting it up.
Is there any benefit to adding a referral code after purchase?
If yes, what rewards or discounts do you receive?
If anyone has recently set up their device and has an active referral code, please feel free to share it with me.
Thanks in advance!

My Account got suspended !!!

My account was banned because some bots mistakenly flagged me for fraudulent activity!!!
And that I was selling fraudulent products.
But the truth is, I don’t have any products on this platform—I work in Clipping.
Regardless of how long I’ve been receiving payments from this field… However, I was surprised when I tried to withdraw my funds and found that the payment provider had banned me... I contacted support, and they told me that the decision was final and could not be reviewed...
As a result, I lost all the money I earned from the platform, along with all the effort and time I put in... I am truly upset by this experience... Thanks to that platform for those unfair policies

Building an AI agent for Whop community ops — hit some API walls, need help from anyone who's dug into it

Hey I'm building an automation tool specifically for Whop community owners. Covers moderation, onboarding new members, engagement monitoring, and support. Basically an agent that watches your community and handles the repetitive ops work so you don't have to.

Done a solid amount of API research but hit a few gaps I can't confirm from docs alone. If anyone has built on the Whop API before, would appreciate answers to any of these:

  1. User evel mute/ban via API does it actually work?

Found mute user and ban user endpoints in the SDK but they 404 in production. Channel level moderation settings work fine, but I need to target specific users. Anyone confirmed this works, or is it UI only right now?

  1. Rate limits does anyone know what they actually are?

Whop doesn't publish rate limits anywhere in their docs. My use case requires polling chat messages every few seconds across multiple channels. Has anyone hit a wall doing this? What intervals are you using safely?

  1. Chat message webhooks are they available anywhere?

Docs only show membership/payment webhooks in production. Found a reference to chat webhooks in the v5 dev-staging API but nothing confirmed live. Anyone have access to message-level push events, or is polling the only option?

  1. Whop App Store review process is there one?

Permissions approval flow is documented but is there an actual review gate before your app goes live in the store? How long did it take you?

Not looking for business feedback, just technical clarity. If you've shipped something on the Whop API and ran into any of these, drop a comment.

How do yall manage big Communities?

This a Question for those who Have huge and growing communities or even those who want to start one. My Question is how do you manage it? How do yall manage the on boarding? The moderation? The bans? The engagement? And most importantly? How do yall keep the community alive and stop it from slowly dying out?
