Whop can not be Trusted

I am a 69 years old man on social security and because of the rising cost of living and uncertain future in the present times, I decided to make some extra money for the unforeseen circumstances, and I chose a side business of dropshipping and became a member of Trust DropShipping Group that offered free training. I signed up for Whop while following the training and building my website on Shopify. Inside the Trust dropshipping course, the owners of the course offered a Coaching program for those who needed extra help or wanted to expedite their learning process, so I signed up for that coaching program for $3000 dollars on a payment plan through Splitit and Whop, $500 a month, total of 6 payments to pay for the course. Within the first month of the Coaching program the owners decided to cancel the coaching program because it was taking too much of their time and they were having hard time to keep up with their business and the coaching program at the same time. They offered me a full 100% refund upon cancellation of the coaching program for any payments I had made until that day. By the time I contacted Whop for the refund, I had made 1 payment of $500 each on May 11, 2026 and the second payment was paid June 11 2026 with my credit card, and they also charged me $29.99 for Wop commercive, on May 23, 2026, total of $1029.99. I have provided them with the receipts for the proof of payments.

They (Whop) responded quickly and said your refund has been approved and you should get your money within 3-5 business days, that was on May 11, 2026.since then I have been waiting. I have contacted Whop several times through their chat support system.and every time I contact Whop to ask them for their delay they do not respond or say someone will get back to you shortly and its been 3 months now that I have been waiting.... This is Insane. No company on this planet can act like this and stay in business.

Is Content reward fraud?

This keeps happening to me every time. I receive my first payout, and then my videos continue gaining views and generate another $30–$40 in earnings. However, the dashboard keeps showing “views still accumulating,” so those earnings aren’t finalized yet.
My concern is: if the campaign ends while those views are still accumulating, will I actually receive the $30–$40 I already earned, or will those earnings be lost?
This has happened to me multiple times, and honestly, it feels like I’m being robbed because I’m generating legitimate views and earnings, but they disappear simply because the campaign ends before the views finish processing. Could you please clarify exactly what happens to these pending earnings when a campaign ends?

Is whop really worth the time?

Hi, lately i've been testing out whop but i dont know if it really convices me, like i usually get my videos to 1-2k visits, but doesnt go anywhere else from there, and the requirement of 40% of US/UK/CA based audience, kills me, im from EU and i get around a 20 - 30%.

I searched for tips and i see people talking about 100 vids a day, but i think that just ending up insane, like thats more than a full 9-5.

Anyone who had any experience or somethign to say about it, would be really helpful

JUST GOT MY FIRST 2 PAID USERS!!

I genuinely cannot believe this 😭😭

I built an extension called SubChat a month back and today it sits at 120+ users and these 2 goats.

It’s basically a side widget which opens up if you have a question about any specific line anywhere. The good thing is that you don’t need to configure any API keys because it uses your current logged in Claude / Gemini.

You can check it out here

This took A LOT of time to build but I guess it was worth it.

Cheers!

Whop suspended my new business as “unsupported” with thousands in the balance has anyone successfully appealed this?

I launched an online skill-based gaming platform about a week ago and things took off much faster than I expected with no charge backs either.
The platform allows users to play skill-based games against other players for predetermined prizes. The outcome is determined by the player’s performance in the game we don’t use sports betting, random outcomes, roulette/slots, or chance-based wagering.
One user in particular really liked the platform and spent/played a significant amount during our first week, so our transaction volume increased very quickly.
Whop has now suspended the account for being an “unsupported business.”
My biggest concern is the balance. There is a substantial amount sitting in the Whop account, and a large portion of it is actually money I personally put into the business to fund operations/player prizes, in addition to revenue we’ve generated.
This puts me in a difficult position because I still have obligations related to players/payouts while access to the funds is restricted.
I’ve contacted Whop and I’m submitting an appeal with a full explanation of exactly how the platform works. I’m completely willing to provide transaction records, gameplay footage, terms/rules, proof of prize structure, customer records, or anything else they need.
I’m not looking for ways around their rules. If Whop ultimately determines they can’t support this business model, I understand that I’ll need another payment provider. My main concern is making sure the existing balance is handled properly and that I’m able to satisfy any legitimate obligations to customers.
Has anyone here dealt with an “unsupported business” suspension from Whop?
Specifically:
Were you able to get a human review and overturn it?
If they wouldn’t reinstate you, what happened to your remaining balance?
How long did the review/hold take?
What documentation helped your appeal?
Is there anyone at Whop beyond regular support that you recommend contacting?
Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s actually gone through this.

Can smn tell me if they genuinely were able to cash out a ton of money from whop selling😭🙏

I swear all I see in this sub is people getting banned for no reason with the inability to redeem their sales, and I am very scared, I have yet to verify my account but I am afraid that once I do, my thousands of dollars in sales will just be stuck there because of whop😭🙏

First time using Whope and feeling a bit lost – any tips or advice?

Hey everyone! It’s my first time using Whope and, to be completely honest, I’m not really sure where to start or what I should be doing. I’d super appreciate it if anyone could share a few beginner tips, best practices, or things you wish you knew when you first started out. Any guidance or advice to help me get the hang of things would be awesome. Thanks in advance!

Whop suspended my account immediately after telling me everything was fine — ~$1,000+ currently stuck

This situation with Whop is honestly crazy.

I run a small digital business selling vehicle inspection/history reports. We have been processing payments normally through Whop, and my account had a 0% dispute rate and around a 6.7% refund rate. I also intentionally keep around $1,000+ in the account to make sure there is always enough balance to cover potential refunds.

Last night, my payout got stuck.

I contacted Whop support and a support representative, Lauren, responded and told me everything was fine. I also contacted Whop AI support, and that was also showing that there wasn't an issue with my account.

I then followed up with Lauren and asked if she could please check whether everything was okay with my account. She told me:

> “You will have your payout in an hour.”

I said okay.

Then I asked her again to please make sure there wasn't anything wrong with my account.

She went away to check.

And then my account was suspended.

Not only my main account either — another account of mine that had zero payments was also suspended.

The reason given was essentially that the accounts were considered “very high risk.”

No email was sent explaining the situation.

I have approximately $1,000+ in funds stuck, and I also have a Google Ads bill of approximately $1,734 pending for the business.

The most frustrating part is that I have tried contacting support through multiple channels and I'm essentially getting the exact same copy-pasted response:

> The account is high risk and they cannot provide further details because it is confidential.

I completely understand that payment platforms have risk and fraud systems. I'm not asking Whop to reveal confidential internal detection methods.

But I am asking for an actual explanation and a human review.

How can support tell me everything is fine, tell me my payout should arrive within an hour, and then immediately suspend the account after I specifically ask them to check it?

We have 0% disputes. We have documentation/proof for the products we're selling. We're a legitimate small business.

If there is something Whop believes we did wrong, tell us what we need to address.

Right now we're being treated like we're some massive fraudulent operation while nobody is willing to actually explain what happened.

I genuinely hope someone from Whop can look at this case because this is not how you should treat a small business that is relying on your platform to process legitimate payments.

I'm not asking for special treatment.

I just want my account reviewed by an actual human and my funds handled fairly.

If anyone from Whop sees this, I'm happy to provide whatever documentation is necessary privately.

Payouts stuck? is anyone else having this issue?

So I usually get my payouts within 10-15 minutes, but today it’s been 7 hours. It’s crazy. Support is giving no clear direction; they’re saying there has been an outage with their banking partner.

Worst Customer Support I have come Across

I'd say it's just ignorant for such a huge Financial platform to literally push AI support at the forefront of every single issue. And it really isn't easy to get human support, you'll spend hours with their AI, and it'll take another 24 hours for it to be escalated. And guess what? You might still not get any human support.

Considering the fees on this platform? How hard is it to hire a couple of more human agents. This is just frustrating tbh

Warmed the account up for 3 days, now every video is stuck at ~200 views

I’m trying to figure out what’s going on with my TikTok clipping account.

I warmed the account up for 3 days before posting, then posted 2 clips which both did around 800 views.

Since then, pretty much every clip I’ve posted has been stuck around 200 views.

I’m wondering if I’ve somehow been restricted/shadowbanned, or if this is just normal for a new account and I’m overthinking it.

For anyone who has experience growing clipping accounts:

Would you keep posting consistently on the current account and let it build up, or would you start a completely new account and try again?

I’m basically trying to work out whether consistency is the better move in this situation or whether I’m wasting time on an account that’s already been restricted.

Any advice or personal experience would be appreciated.
