After escalating my case to a warehouse manager, Zenmarket has finally retrieved the missing part from the disposal pile. Here is the Tanaka Type 2 Tera in it's full glory.

Hey y'all i really wanna buy this im probably gonna ship it via surface mail bc it's heavy and from wood Ive brought stuff from mother garden before via vinted im located in europe and it was pretty heavy im kinda scared for the shipping how much could this be to ship also it's unclear how much it weighs

Beautiful furisode, hakama and accessories. Arrived in Brazil in less than a month!

When I received the email confirming my order, it seemed like a miracle. I was sure I'd have to pay customs fees. It arrived yesterday, and then today it was finally paid the full amount. The local customs office released it after an hour. After waiting a few hours, it finally arrived at my house. I was so happy to open the package, even though it hurt my wallet a little, but it was worth it.

So, lemme tell whats on the box i have.
1.- Amachan with Rena Nounen, as i said before, everyone in the world and japan too knows what about the famous television drama series back in the day there. A friend did recommend me to see the famous Amachan last year and... i kinda loved SO much the tv series. So i found this by accidentally on a auction there and watching Rena on the cover, thinking about the opening so i had to bid and win after 1 day.

2.- Ito Marika, ex-idol of Nogizaka46, i did knew about her on Nogidoko and Nogizaka Under Construction, but... i never did knew about her photobook (Probably it was after her graduation) as i did see on list of JDirectItems auction, so i did bid and win again.

3 and 4.- How to explain i have photobooks of Erika Ikuta, well...as i said before, she is very famous and well-known in Japan for her music, although i knew her as part of the group Nogizaka46, i knew about those photobooks, but since i was able to buy them from Zenmarket when i found them, i'm happy to have them.

And that's my zenmarket haul! I almost forgot, this is my 3rd haul, cheers from Chile!

Is this ‎normal idk, to sum it up i got 2 Surugaya products from zenmarket. I shipped one using Airmail and it arrived on the 29th of June, while i shipped the other one using EMS was in customs since the 25th of june. Im starting to get a bit worried is this normal? This is my first time ordering online

Hello. First time posting in reddit ever. Been using zenmarket for a while and done a fair amount of shipments but just got this message. I changed my shipping method and I am currently waiting to hear back from support regarding it. Anyone have any idea why it would have an issue with a drawing and one that doesn't show full nudity at that? Ive definetly shipped many other items via ECMS before so just confused as what the issue could be. Thanks in advance.

Tengo pensado comprar varios vinilos usados desde Japon hasta Mexico, son unos 5-7 Discos aproximadamente y entre todos no creo que pese más de 2-3Kg el paquete, el total que me sale en el carrito ya con todo y la comisión de Zenmarket es de ¥25,000-¥31,000 yenes, ya que pagué por los productos y los tengan en almacén, si los envían todos juntos me cobrarán por cada uno? O solo por el paquete completo y lo que pese, ya que pensaba usar EMS como método de envío ya que he visto que es un poco mejor que el AVIA que muchas veces tarda demasiado o pierden las cosas, en ese caso si alguien ha tenido experiencia podría darme algún tip o información que me ayude para no espantarme
Con el precio al final, de todos mis productos son aproximadamente $3,000-$4,000 pesos mexicanos o un poco más, y en caso que pesen poco solo me cobrarían los 600-700 pesos mexicanos que muestra el envío EMS??? O cobran algo más cuando llega al país o aduanas de algún tipo?
