I’ve been having pain in my lower left side, especially during sex. The pain kinda lingers throughout the day but nothing unmanageable, it just gets very bad during intercourse. I also notice the pain more after having a bowel movement: I noticed today that I am have a slight yellow discharge but this could also have nothing to do with it?

I’ve made and appointment with my obgyn but of course it’s not for a few weeks. I’m thinking maybe a cyst on my ovaries but I feel like I would be in more pain overall.
