I just got super lucky and bought a nearly new Switch 2 that already has downloaded the Mariokart and Luigi Mansion on it.

I know those games stay with the original account, but the seller left it signed in and said I could stay signed in to keep the games that he listed with the Switch.

Is it possible to migrate my account from my OLED switch to the Switch 2 without erasing the previous account with Mariokart and Luigi mansion?
