Hello! Today I got a transfer opportunity email that wanted me to transfer to a different site about an hour away from me (wtf). I haven’t given my response yet, but I was wondering if it was mandatory. I’m currently seasonal (flex). Will I be let go if I decline? Is there a chance it’s optional? I’m not sure why they would want to transfer me when we’re understaffed. There hasn’t been VTO at all.
