… On Trinity between Washington and Duke St…
There is an old railroad bridge. Tonight there was tables, people seated at tables, lights and looked kinda fancy. I can’t figure out where they came from… how they access this space…

Edit;: I only posted pic so you can see the string lights above the bridge and if you zoom in you can see people up there…
