[pharmacist][east coast] - 170k - feel stuck

I started at $52/hour inpatient got yearly 3% marginal raises and after a few promotions reached 170k salaried position.
The issue is now I feel stuck, that I’ve hit the ceiling in my career and there is hardly anywhere to grow except director (which would be ~200-220k max).

With the cost of living (rent is ~$3000/month) and rising cost of everything it feels like I’m stagnant and not really progressing in life.

I’ve tired to jump jobs but pharmacy stinks, the job market is terrible and the pay is worse.

Aside from working per diem at other places and basically trading any free time I have for money it feels like there nothing to do / grow :/

Do other pharmacists feel the same way?
