I’m currently trying to get coverage through Manulife under my employer group benefits plan and was curious what other people’s experiences have been like.

Started using my CPAP 3 days ago and I swear I already look less pale in the mornings lol. My face almost looks like it has better blood flow or more color compared to before. Maybe I’m imagining Has anyone else noticed this after starting CPAP or am I crazy 😭
hey guys, so I just got a ResMed 11 with the AirFit F30i full mask. I only tried it during the day today just to get a feel for it, and honestly… it actually feels kinda nice?? 😅
like I can breathe better with it on and it’s way more comfortable than I expected, wondering if anyone else had that same first impression? also tonight will be my first night using it so kinda curious how that usually goes for people:
Anyone else’s 5 months old Sheepadoodle barking and growling at people? We just adopted him but so far he seems a little reactive. Harlow stares puppy training in two weeks. Please tell me he’s not the only one and that it gets better with age and training or ever that they grow out of it lol
