Does anyone use a a deep conditioner for their microlocs and if so what are you using?

Also at what point did you see the most growth? I’ve been locd 1.5 years and my hair continues to shrink and sit in the same place. I know it’s growing but it does not look like it.

Last question at what point did you stop braiding and banding?
