Would Mirran swords be any good in standard or pioneer?

Ive observed where they are legal, and how they've pretty much faded in those formats. I know there were a few in MOM and ONE, though the effects drastically more niche. I messed around with them and they only feel playable under a flash enabler like Sigarda's Aid. I kinda just want to conclude that they are completely powercrept by now.
