Hello all,

I know this may seem like a trivial configuration thing that could be solved by simply reading docks or searching the internet or this subreddit, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to properly point my hermes agent to my obsidian vault. It always seems to fall back to the default vault location (~/Documents/Obsidian Vault) as if the OBSIDIAN_VAULT_PATH environment variable wasn't set properly.

I tried setting up that environment variable inside .hermes/.env adding a line like so:

OBSIDIAN_VAULT_PATH="/home/user/Documents/Obsidian/Vault"

I even tried setting it my Terminal with export OBSIDIAN_VAULT_PATH="/home/user/Documents/Obsidian/Vault". Still, no dice.

Can anyone help me out?
