Headphones to replace my broken Arya Stealth
The driver on the right hand side of my Hifiman Arya Stealth V2 was tragically destroyed during a recent move. I loved those headphones to death, but figure that I've been out of the game long enough such that there might be something better out there to replace them.
My budget is ~700USD max, and I'm open to shopping used on AVexchange or similar. I listen to electronic music and symphonic metal -- I loved the elevated treble of the Aryas and the fantastic detail and soundstage, as well as the punchy planar magnetic mid bass.
I own a pair of Anandas as a spare, so whatever I get should be at least a significant step up from those. If there is nothing in my range, I'm also open to getting a pair of closed backs for dorm life.
I will be driving these headphones with either a FiiO K7 or Schiit Asgard (I own both).
