Blackscreen and frame freeze but game still running

As you can see here, game still running but stuck at black screen and the frame freeze, happen to me like about 5x now, if not black screen either frame freeze from cutscene. All of my gpu drivers are updated idk what to try anymore.
also no overclocking on RTX 3060 gpu and cpu.
