Just got my Gaggia E24 + DF54 and I’m still figuring out this whole dial-in scene

Tried a light roast and the shot was flying through in like 15 sec. Then tried a French roast — crema was much better, but somehow I lost that nice cocoa / bittersweet flavour.
For the guys using a Gaggia + DF54:
Which beans are you guys using and liking?
What DF54 settings do you use for light / medium / dark roasts?
What’s your usual dose → yield → timing?
Any good temperature-surfing game for the stock Gaggia?

Is ID-GOURMET legit?

I’m planning to buy Gaggia classic E24 from ID-Gourmet, is the site legit? Or it’s better to buy from fixcoffee , Id people they’ve written they’re authorized sellers and services of Gaggia India
