Claude account disabled due to age verification?
Hey everyone, i just found out a hour ago that my account suddenly got disabled when I opened claude, and I got this stupid freaking email from claude saying "hey, your account has been suspended because our team found signals that your account was used by a child." ..........the hell?? I'm a fully grown adult please....
Just checked another post in this subreddit which was posted last month and they were talking about the same issue that ALSO happened w them due to this age verification BS.
I clicked on this link available in that "age verification." email claude sent, and it took me to this yoti website...then they're giving options to confirm w either face, id or passport & stuff but i am not comfortable w sharing my selfie so i downloaded the app to simply verify that I'm over 18 (simply just by saying it as they mentioned but) they are such LIARS, they're asking me to send a selfie at the very end of the account completion process in the app..........is there no other way other than a selfie and passport, I am too wary of this app and i just need my claude account back, this is so unfair I'm so frustrated..... :(
