Heesung’s departure hot take
Hi! I know this is a spicy take and I have no intention of upsetting anyone this is just purely for discussion.
So I know we are all devastated that Heesung left (including myself), but I feel like a lot of engens are being far too parasocial and cryptic about his departure. I’ve seen videos of people extremely over analyzing any interaction or look of the members and a lot of it seems pretty ridiculous at some points. I feel like after his solo debut the fandom has become so toxic and divided. Maybe he is truly happier, yet still sentimental about his band mates, being solo as EVAN. Everything at the end of the day is speculation and it’s probably so tiring for all of the boys.
I know Hybe is a very abusive company to their employees and I am in no way defending them. I just think both enhypen with or without heesung deserve the utmost support and respect**. And heesung deserves all of our support without drowning his comments and fan interactions with more enhypen is 7 stuff etc**. it’s probably exhausting to the other members and himself.
Perhaps heesung didn’t have the same creative passion as enhypen’s trajectory, or maybe if he was forced to pick one we should support him nonetheless and stop making him feel like he’s at fault, he made a poor choice, etc. no matter the situation we all need to show the guys support.
