i need help learning the game as silver
hi im new solo player that recently reached silver rank but i always tend to feel lost in draft pick, constantly dying and not knowing how to help my teammates. I often get scared during games freezing up and not knowing what to do. I know eventually I was to main jg but for now i queue up for mid and support to learn the game quicker and easier. I play quite a lot of jg viego in coop vs ai and aram mayhem.
Whenever im support i lock in neeko, but i have trouble knowing what to do as most of the time i blindy follow my adc around until very late in the game or get assist pings. I've researched a fair bit of neeko's builds, runes and how to maximise that knowledge into my gameplay but so far ive been scared to queue up and letting my adc/team down.
From time to time I actually get mid I lock in vex. Whenever playing mid i aim the turrnets and helping my jg with grubs or baron. When I play mid i usually need help from my jungler to gank and win lane. I heard to keep my champion pool small so really i only play vex and neeko but also like playing viego, hwei and heimerdinger. (once i tried playing top but i got slimed out by gwen going 0/12 playing aatrox...)
Some stuff I struggle with and want to improve the most is:
- trading and last hitting minions: i have a hard time timing my last minon hit before my minions do so, and i dont know when to trade damage with the enemy or know my limits to go back to base or hide under my turrent. --> this also goes for the technical terms of league, i dont know how to build either going for the standard build for my champion sometimes changing an item to help me in fights.
- to the vex mains, i have a hard time keeping my fear meter up mainly wasting it on minions before the enemy comes back to lane, so when we fight i cant fear them away esp with close ranged champs
- when playing support neeko i dont know what to do stated before, how should i know when to roam or stay in bottom lane? Also I get insane ? pings after accidentally stealing a kill, is there any way to try and prevent getting the kill.
- playing both vex and neeko theres one thing in common, my aim is really bad
