Need some help/advice

Near-sighted glasses wearer for 15+ years. Went in for my yearly a bit early since I noticed I was having some difficulty focusing on reading text on a screen at work. All normal stuff. Also got new frames since my old ones were broken on one side. Prescription went up slightly and I now apparently have a slight astigmatism. Got new lenses and wore them for 2 weeks as recommended by the doctor. My eyes never felt like they adjusted so I went back and got them corrected again. It has since been 8 months and I still cannot see properly.

My main issues are as follows:

- My eyes cannot focus at all. I have to actively concentrate in order to focus on anything, near or far. I constantly feel zoned out because physically focusing my eyes is a difficult in all situations.

- Very noticeable chromatic aberration. My peripheral vision has this the worst, with most text being unreadable outside of the center of my lenses. All other things have a perpetual chromatic outline that is not easily ignored.

I’ve been to two different Optometrists since then, and both times I went, they only recorded very minor shifts in my Rx. While I’ve considered wearing my old glasses, the ear piece on one side is broken and my vision still isn’t 100% clear in those either. I don’t know what to do in order to be able to focus again. Is this a prescription issue? A material issue? A frame issue? All three? Is there a recommended combination of lense material and frame shape for the Rx that I have? Do I actually need astigmatism correction? Is the focal center off?

I guess my main question comes down to this: based on the vision issues I’m having, where should I look to make changes to my glasses as a whole?

I’ve provided my prescription that I’m currently wearing and having difficulties with.
