Hi, I've been wanting to pivot out of a non-clinical role (as an allied health clinician) due to company restructures, NDIS cuts and just the level of burn out I've been experiencing since joining the industry. I know that staying in this industry is not going to be sustainable for my mental health long term.

Digital health and system level work has always been something I've been interested in but I have no idea how to get into the field and/or what qualifications I would need to do so.

I've also been looking into government and/or policy roles but I always struggle getting past the assessment stage.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I've been feeling really trapped.
