Does this come everyday or in 2 days/5 days and without timing(mean to say when he likes coming,he will come) and that to even without any helper,we have to we available with our garbage to keep in the vechile all the time?
Is this the norm or Am I expecting something more then what patna Municipal Corporation offers?
I have purchased the panasonic ac from panasonic website but it is not chilling up to the mark,sometimes it if not chilling properly from the DAY 1.
I have reached to the customer service team and they have sent the technician but they couldnot detect the problem properly but all the technicians have told that the ac is not cooling properly,But there manager(BSM) is not agreeing with the technicians,they are trying to prove that your ac is alright,it is working prerfectly alright but they all faced the cooling issue. I asked for data,but they are not providing us that data.Again and again,He is saying that I am providing it now,but till now,he has not provided yet.
Again and again he is saying,he will be sending the other technician for the visit but no one is coming to us.What should I do,how should I reach to senior officers or other persons who can help me out?
