Hey! Might’ve screwed up my brew tonight- looking for advice regarding how to pull this off.

Messed up my water calculations pretty bad / boiled off WAY too much water. Anticipated a 5 gallon yield- ended up with closer to three :/

Additionally- starting gravity for my ESB was intended to be 1.055, but came out now at 1.075.

Threw in one packet of Wyeast 1318 London Ale III, letting it ride.

Wondering if there’s anything I can do at this stage/ how I could potentially remedy this?

If nothing can be done- wondering why I should expect on the other side of this debacle?

Am new to brewing, still growing in consistency. Lots to learn!
