Morning Routine

Maybe not a typical post for this subreddit but for the life of me I can’t become a morning person! I would love to be able to wake up and get my 30 minute workout in to start my day. But I feel so awful and out of it in the morning. I take melatonin the night before around 8 and try to be asleep around 9:30. Anyone else with PCOS struggle/struggled with this and can give me advice???

Hirsutism

I notice if I have 2 coffees in a day vs 1 my Hirsutism grows in faster. Would this be from the extra carbs being consumed or some type of adrenal response? My PCOS leans more towards adrenal PCOS. My insulin levels are normal. I know it sounds crazy to notice an increase in Hirsutism but whenever I eat gluten, dairy, or excess coffee my Hirsutism grows faster. Is it what I’m eating or the extra carbs being consumed with these foods?

Diet Help

I really want to work on improving my Hirsutism and losing stomach fat. I currently dont eat gluten or dairy since I feel bloated with it. Should I still be mindful in keeping my healthy carb intake lowish? Do you think there is anyway I can incorporate dairy back into my diet? I do miss it and since I weight lift it helps with my protein goal. I need all the diet advice!

Food Anxiety

I feel like the advice you get regarding food for PCOS is don’t have gluten or dairy. I cut gluten and feel less bloated and puffy. I cut dairy but I don’t notice anything. But I feel in my head I have this correlation dairy is bad and I shouldn’t have it. But I love dairy and it helps me hit my protein goals since I’m active. I guess my biggest PCOS struggle is Hirsutism. Is dairy “bad”. My insulin levels are normal. My only “off” labs is high free testosterone and DHEA-S. How do I get over this food anxiety and eating to support my body.

Coffee

I’ve been dreading giving up coffee as a last option. I already cut out dairy and gluten. I struggle with horrible bloating. I cut out coffee before and I noticed I started losing weight and the bloating was gone. Does anyone have similar experiences with coffee?
