I recently recieved my new A50 gen 5 and I noticed that there is a constant white noise playing inside the headset when there is no audio coming from the connected source. The noise gets louder in the upper parts of the device volume but under 80 it stays at a constant level.

It is present even with the micropone muted, so it's not the sidetone. It is also not coming from my source, as I tried unplugging the PC cable from the base staion, but the noise was still present.

I only use the headset for PC, with the given cables.

Should I contant logitech customer service, or is this normal for these headsets?
